Q. Ways for firmware upgrade.

The former one is the most common way for customer use and it is listed as follows. However, Vigor2000 series have a specific way to upgrade that is shown in the final part of the 'For Windows' section. Moreover, Vigor2200 series cannot be upgraded through FTP site.

Please be noticed that the process of firmware upgrade needs to do via Wired cable but not via wireless connection.
